We pick up your items, sort them, and deliver them to certified recycling facilities, donation organisations, or authorised disposal routes on your behalf. We do not operate our own recycling plant and are not affiliated with or partnered with any specific recycling company.

Disposal means removing specific items such as a sofa, a mattress, or a pile of old electronics. Clearance means emptying an entire space: a basement, a flat, or an office. Both are available as standalone services or in combination.

Yes. Our team handles items on any floor, with or without a lift. We use appropriate equipment for heavy or awkward items and protect walls, floors, and door frames throughout.

In most cases, yes. We cover Zürich, Aargau, Luzern, and Zug seven days a week. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp to check availability for your preferred date.

We handle almost everything. The only exceptions are asbestos-containing materials (these require a licensed specialist), live chemicals and gases (we can advise you on the correct disposal route), and certain contaminated materials that require specialist hazardous waste contractors.

Standard municipal kerbside collection usually requires a paid bulky-waste tag, items placed outside early in the morning, and several working days' notice. It also does not include carrying items from inside your home. We collect from any floor, on short notice, any day of the week, for items of any weight.

Neither. We do not use landfill as a primary route, and we do not operate a recycling facility ourselves. Items are assessed, then routed: usable items to donation organisations, recyclables to certified recycling partners, electronics to certified e-waste channels, and only unrecoverable waste to authorised disposal. As a collection and transport service, we hand every item over to the correct certified partner.

Yes. We provide professional cleaning services as a separate, independently bookable service ideal for handovers after a clearance or move-out. It can be combined with your disposal or clearance booking, or requested entirely on its own.

Yes. We handle estate and bereavement clearances with discretion and care. You do not need to be present. We can work with solicitors, property managers, or family members to arrange access. Valuables are set aside for you to review before anything is removed.
